Where we work, and why only here
Pro Air Solutions works in a defined area north of Los Angeles: the Santa Clarita Valley, the north San Fernando Valley and Simi Valley in Ventura County. Keeping to these 25 cities and communities is deliberate. It keeps our drives short and means we know the homes, the weather and the equipment that are common in each part of the area.
The three parts have a lot in common. All of them are inland valleys with hot, dry summers and cool winter nights, and all of them get Santa Ana winds in fall and winter, with the dust and, in fire season, the smoke that comes with them. Air conditioners here run long hours, and filters and outdoor coils need more attention than they would near the coast.
They differ, too. The Santa Clarita Valley is mostly newer planned neighborhoods with pockets of older homes; the north San Fernando Valley has many older single-story houses; Simi Valley mixes established neighborhoods with newer hillside developments. Below is every city and community we serve, grouped by area. Five have their own page with local detail. If your community isn’t listed, call and ask — we’ll tell you whether we can come out.

Santa Clarita Valley
The City of Santa Clarita — Valencia, Saugus, Newhall and Canyon Country — and the communities around it, from Stevenson Ranch and Castaic in the west to Agua Dulce in the east. Mostly planned neighborhoods built from the 1960s on, many of them two-story, with a lot of ductwork in hot attics.

North San Fernando Valley
The northern neighborhoods of Los Angeles and the City of San Fernando, from Sylmar and Pacoima to Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Northridge and Chatsworth. Many established single-story neighborhoods, where original ducts and replacement equipment of different ages are common.

Our one city in Ventura County, over the Santa Susana Pass from Chatsworth on the 118: established neighborhoods on the valley floor and newer hillside areas such as Wood Ranch and Big Sky, with long, hot inland summers.
